Ella has ultimately arrived to her hotel and she wants to commence liking her vacation but what the This is not the room she ordered. Her room was supposed to have a terrace! She gets angry and calls the hotels room manager to sort it out with him. When he ultimately arrives he explains the situation but unluckily there is nothing he can do, all the other rooms are full. Ella gets indeed mad and menaces to leave for another hotel and she wants a refund of her money. The manager attempts to suggest some other things to make it right but Ella wants only free massages which is the only thing the manager cannot arrange for her. But he also cant have another complaint against him because that would make him fired so Ella suggests he does the rubdown himself and she wants a foot rubdown now!
