You will go after my instructions, embarking off slow with 20 2nd strokes, 5 reps, at regular pace. We will then move our way up to 30 second stroking, 3 reps, fast pace until we go full blast, working our way to an intense release! Now remember, the most important rule in exercising is to make sure you follow all instructions because it is very easy to pull a muscle and we wouldnt want that?now would we?
